Clinical Psychologist Registrar
Jane Mathews is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar who has experience in providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Curtin University and Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.

 

Jane has experience working across both private and public settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties (family, social, and romantic), and challenges relating to life transitions, work, and stress. She also works with couples and is developing her practice in this area, offering a supportive, structured space for partners to explore patterns, communication, and shared goals. She takes a person-centred approach to therapy, placing strong emphasis on each client’s goals, values, and autonomy in the therapeutic process. Jane is passionate about helping people clarify what truly matters to them and supporting them to live in ways that feel meaningful and aligned.

 

Jane is available on Thursdays and Fridays to work with clients of all ages and presentations.
