Donna is a senior registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depressions, ADHD, Autism, and the many challenges life can bring. She offers a warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental space, and brings her own humanity to the therapeutic relationship so clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected.
Donna draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. She has a particular interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice and enjoys working with Autistic and ADHD clients, as well as those exploring their neurodivergent identity.
Donna works collaboratively with her clients to build insight, reduce self-criticism, and develop practical strategies that align with their unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful and lasting change.
