Liam has a genuine passion for helping people make sense of life’s challenges and take practical steps toward positive change. He understands that life can feel overwhelming and works with people of all ages to explore two key questions: why do I feel this way, and what can I do to feel better
Liam supports individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, burnout, life transitions, and feeling stuck. He also has extensive experience working closely with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and intellectual disability.
With a neuro-affirming, warm, and calming approach, Liam meets people where they’re at and helps them develop practical tools they can use beyond the therapy room to navigate life’s natural ups and downs. His background in high-level competitive sport has shaped his understanding of balance, resilience, and self-compassion. These values continue to guide his therapeutic work in a meaningful way.
Liam offers support to all ages and presentations. Liam is available on weekdays, with evening appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays for added flexibility.
